We have gone to an online scheduled pick up only. After you get your invoice, at the top of your invoice screen, you will see a scheduler for pick up. Select a time, and then be there during that time. If you don't schedule, you won't be able to pick up. THIS GOES FOR ALL BUYERS - - SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS, NONE.
IF YOU FAIL TO SCHEDULE A TIME DURING THE TIME LISTED, THERE WILL BE A $15 RESCHEDULE FEE - Our system will not allow random scheduling / days. It must be on the day scheduled. So please don't be mad at us if you pay $1 for an item and then don't show up and have to pay $15 to get your item. Please show up during our load out times.

Factory Sealed:New in box, never used, original product, in original box. We stand behind the listing as described. Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage. You may inspect/test before you leave. No refunds after leaving pick up location, contact manager right away.
Appears New:Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may, or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected. We inspect for the following:
Does not appear to have been pre-owned
- Item is complete enough to run / work as needed
- Box may be damaged, however, internal contents are functional
You may test your item before you leave, if it does not work, you may return it for full refund BEFORE you leave the pick up location.No refunds after you leave.
Open box:Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not tested. Please use inspection time to preview and test before you bid. Open Box items may not be returned, sold as is.We highly suggest you preview open box items during our preview hours. Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don’t test for functionality. These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken. We encourage you to preview damaged items during our preview hours. Call if you have questions Damaged items can not be returned, sold as is.

Inspection:This auctiondoesoffer scheduled inspection dates.Call the affiliate to schedule an inspection time upon request.
Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsiteis accepted at this location in the form of credit card.Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up:If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice pagewithin 1 business day (M-F) of the auction’s close. If you fail to schedule a time during the time listed, there will be a $15 rescheduling fee.
If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your credit card on file to be charged for the total amount plus a $25.00 late payment fee. No late fees will be removed from invoice once they have been added. It is your responsibility as the buyer if you have not received a paid invoice via email within 24 hours of submitting payment to contact Equip-Bid to verify receipt of payment in order to avoid being charged a late fee.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, the items willyou have one (1) day (M-F) to pick up any items you failed to pick up on load-out day. Any attempt to pick up items after this day will incur a $10 late fee.Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Refunds:If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund.Please contact the affiliate by phone within 3 business days (M-F) of pick-up to request a refund. Items must be returned within 2 business days (M-F) of refund request before a refund will be issued.Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases:Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase withOz Deals, contact us at support@equip-bid.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

Open Box:Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or dead on arrival (DOA). Open Box items may not be returned; they are solid as-is.

These could be items never used/owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid but that was never put together or used. Damaged items can not be returned; they are sold as-is.
Partial or Incomplete:These items represent merchandise that is shipped in multiple boxes. For example, a bed may ship in 3 separate boxes. Box 1 may contain the headboard, box 2 may contain the side rails, and box 3 may contain the footboard and slats. In order for the bed to have all its parts and be complete, it needs all three boxes. Sometimes we only receive Box 1, or maybe only Box 3, or even Box 1 & 3; when this happens, we will categorize the item as Partial or Incomplete. If we know how many boxes it takes to complete the item, we will also put Box ___ of ___. In this example, it will look like: Partial: Box 1 of 3. Additionally, under “Additional Details,” we will categorize the condition of the contents in that box. Partial or Incomplete cannot be returned; they are sold as-is.
